RETURNS within 14 DAYS
You have the right to cancel your contract or return products within 14 days of receiving them, without the need to provide any specific reasons. Your right to withdraw begins from the moment you or your designated recipient receives your order.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at atelier@barsselo.com to inform us of your intention to return a product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
ELIGIBILITY
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
- The straps must not be fitted to the watch, no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole.
- All items should be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery.
- To submit your return request with us, we require a proof of purchase.
SHIPPING
We are not responsible for any duties levied by the British authorities and this will be deducted from any refund made. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the items back, we will confirm with you, your eligibility for a refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from receiving the items back.
